"I ain't normal"

I'm not just another typical "Business Coach." Not an MBA / Business Coach Franchisee / Former large-corporation-executive-turned-Business-Coach / career consultant / career trainer / career academic / PhD.


I am a highly experienced business manager who's learned AND PRACTICED very effective business techniques.

I've been frontline labor, frontline supervision, Department Manager, Facility Manager, and Director. And I've been CEO of businesses I started from scratch.

Then you add the dozens of management teams I've worked with as a Business Coach.

I've had a career in the trenches, fighting the same business battles you fight.


Formal Education: Mechanical Engineer with a Minor in Psychology

Informal Education: A lifetime passion for learning through self-study sources. Key areas include human behavior, Organization Effectiveness (not "efficiency"), how things work (especially processes and people), Business Strategy, Marketing Strategy, Finance, Business Planning, Selling and Sales Management, Employee Coaching, interpreting employee behavior, and several more.


Business Process Guru: Every activity in a business is a process. That's not just an engineer's point of view. It was legitimized in the year 2000 by the International Organization for Standardization. I learned the skills of process development from the founding fathers of the process field. And then I refined those skills with four decades of applying them to every process imaginable. Even administrative, planning, meetings, cash-flow-management, people-management, and leadership processes. I'll say it again: every activity in a business is a process. In fact, an entire business is a big process composed of sub-processes that together, convert money spent into money spent + profits. If you focus on creating effective processes, you'll get greater profits.


If you are familiar with Brain Dominance (most people are either Right-brain dominant or Left-brain dominant), I have dual dominance: I have the analytical / mathematical / technical traits of left-brain dominance, and I have the sociability / empathy / expressive / sensitivity-to-others'-emotions-and-needs / creativity traits of right-brain dominance.


My Adaptability aptitude was measured to be in the top 2% of the population.

My Strategy and Planning aptitude is also in the top 2%.


This is what I'm made of. I am not a normal Business Coach.
